             1^st Loan Finder has developed loan analysis systems that use YOUR current lending criteria.  No expensive or time-consuming scorecard design required.  We automate the lending process using the same comparisons and analysis as YOUR lending underwriter.

 Credit scores can still be used as a lending parameter

             If you have prepared scorecards, the results may be utilized as individual lending parameters that comprise your lending criteria.  Lending decisions may also be based exclusively on your scorecard result, at your option.

 Credit information obtained from any one, two, or all three credit bureaus

             1^st Loan Finder’s Internet Lending Center can obtain Credit Bureau reports from any of the three major bureaus.  YOUR lending criteria can examine merged data from more that one reporting bureau, or all three.
